What file formats does Convilyn support for conversion?
About 56 formats — 26 image, 19 document, 6 video and 5 audio — combining into 490+ image and document conversion pairs, plus PDF page operations and audio/video conversion. Turbo Lane conversions are unlimited on every plan, including Free. Reading text out of an image, and turning speech into text, run in Goal Lane and are priced in credits.
What is the difference between Turbo Lane and Goal Lane?
Turbo Lane: drop a file, get the output in seconds — free and unlimited on every plan. Goal Lane: pick a ready-made workflow template and an AI agent runs the multi-step job for a credit price quoted before you start and settled against what the run actually used. Every plan has the same features; paid plans include a credit allowance each cycle, while the Free plan includes a small number of runs under a monthly processing cap instead. Credits can be added to any plan with a one-time top-up (see the pricing page).
Can I build my own Convilyn workflow by chatting with AI?
Yes. Goal Lane runs ready-made templates; when none of them fits, Builder turns a plain-language chat into a reusable workflow you can run like any other. Every plan includes Builder sessions, Free included. A session counts only once the AI starts working on your first message, so opening a chat and abandoning it costs nothing.
Can I convert multiple files at once with Convilyn?
Yes — convert multiple files in one operation, on every plan including Free. Batches support up to 50 files each; per-file size and concurrency limits depend on your plan.
What are the file size limits for each Convilyn plan?

How does Convilyn handle my files and protect my data?
Files are encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest. Uploaded source files are deleted about an hour after upload, by a sweeper that runs every 15 minutes; a file still attached to a running workflow is kept until that run finishes. Converted outputs are kept for at most 30 days, and files you keep in cloud storage stay until you delete them. Payment is handled by Paddle — PCI DSS compliant, no card details stored.
Which e-commerce and social media platforms does Convilyn support?
E-commerce is template-driven, so there is no fixed platform list: upload the official batch-upload spreadsheet of any marketplace — Shopee, Lazada, momo, Taobao, Dewu, TikTok Shop, Coupang or another — and the agent fills it with your product data. For social, the multi-platform post workflow targets Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, the product-image launch pack writes copy for Instagram, Facebook, Threads and X, and the subtitle workflow has layout presets for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts and YouTube.
How fast are file conversions on Convilyn?
Most Turbo Lane conversions finish in seconds. Goal Lane shows real-time progress at every step.
Does Convilyn offer a free trial? Do I need a credit card?
All paid plans include a 30-day free trial. The Free plan needs no credit card. Pro and Business trials require payment info but charge nothing until the trial ends.
Can I cancel my Convilyn subscription without penalties?
Cancel anytime — no fees. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
How do I upgrade from the free plan to Pro or Business?
Click Upgrade on the pricing page and select your plan — it takes effect immediately. Outside a trial the change is prorated against your current period; during a trial nothing is charged until the trial ends. Downgrades apply at the end of the current period.
Is Convilyn production-ready for business use?
All core features are live and stable. We ship improvements continuously and usually respond to issues within 24-48 hours.
